What AI does for you

Proppeteer has AI built in where agents lose the most time: retyping data, digging through files, keeping track of follow-ups, and working out which buyer fits which property. The AI does the groundwork. You decide.

Overview

Pulls property data from your files

Where: Properties › Create, and on every property under AI suggested updates
What you get: No more retyping EPC values, floor areas and other property data from PDFs. Each suggestion shows where it came from.
You decide: You review every suggestion and choose what gets saved.

Fills in a prospect from your note

Where: Properties › Add prospect › Paste or dictate
What you get: Paste a note like “Jan Peeters, 0475 12 34 56, Kerkstraat 12 Gent, wants to sell” and the AI fills in the address and the owner’s details. You also see Possible existing contacts, so you don’t create a duplicate.
You decide: The AI only fills in empty fields. You check every field and click Add prospect yourself. Read more in Add a prospect.

Reads signed documents

Where: In the window you use to move a property to another stage: Upload the signed mandate to prefill when you record a new mandate, Upload the compromis to prefill or Upload the lease to prefill when the property is sold or rented.
What you get: The AI reads the dates, the price, the commission, the duration and the notaries from the document. You don’t retype them. For a mandate, the AI also shows Clauses to check, for example a tacit renewal without a notice period or a commission that differs from your agency default.
You decide: The AI only fills in empty fields and shows how sure it is for each one. Values it’s unsure about get a warning. You check everything and confirm yourself. Read more in Follow up on mandates.

Summarizes a dossier

Where: On every property, Details tab, in the Where we are block
What you get: A short summary of the dossier’s recent actions and milestones. You know where things stand without reading the whole timeline, for example before you call an owner.
You decide: The summary changes nothing. Check the details in the file before you pass them on.

Finds follow-ups in your notes and calls

Where: Under Suggested on Tasks and on your dashboard, and in a property’s suggested steps. An owner or admin turns on AI signals in Settings › Recommendations. It’s off by default.
What you get: The AI reads your notes, calls and visit reports and suggests a follow-up when you wrote, for example, “will call back Friday”, always with the quote attached. If your agency also turns on Stale dossier nudge (with AI talking points), it suggests calling the owner when a dossier has been quiet for a long time, with a few talking points. You don’t forget a promise.
You decide: These are suggestions with the AI label. You accept, snooze or dismiss them. Read more in Recommended next steps.

Drafts emails for you

Where: On suggested steps such as Thank the owner and ask for a review or referral or Inform the owner about the deed on …
What you get: Click Compose e-mail and the AI writes an AI draft of the email. You never start from a blank email.
You decide: The draft is never sent by itself. You open it with Open in e-mail or copy it, edit it and send it yourself.

Reads your photos and documents

Where: Automatically, on every upload. The AI column on the Documents tab shows the status.
What you get: What’s in your photos and PDFs becomes searchable. You find a garden in a photo or a clause in a brochure without scrolling through files.
You decide: nothing. This runs in the background and changes no data.

Searches by meaning

Where: Properties › View › AI search
What you get: Search the way you talk (“terraced house with a south-facing garden near a school”) and find properties even when those exact words appear nowhere.
You decide: You choose which results to use.

Matches buyers and properties

Where: The AI matching tab on a property for sale or for rent, and on a buyer or tenant
What you get: See right away which buyers fit a new property, and which properties fit a buyer, with the reasons why. Call the best candidates first.
You decide: They stay suggestions. You link the contact and start the conversation.

Answers questions about your agency

Where: AI assistant at the bottom of the sidebar, Ask AI on a property, contact or lead, and Ask AI in the command bar (⌘K or Ctrl+K)
What you get: Get answers right away to questions like “which viewings do I have tomorrow?”, “how is my pipeline doing?” or “does this property have an EPC?” without clicking through screens. The assistant knows which record you’re viewing.
You decide: You check important facts in the file. If you want something changed, the assistant prepares it and you confirm.

You stay in control

The AI suggests, you confirm. Suggested property data and values from documents are only saved when you confirm them, a match only becomes a link when you create it, and a suggestion only becomes a task when you accept it.
The AI assistant only puts a property online or takes it offline when you click Confirm on the Proposed change card. The change is then visible on your website right away.
When you explicitly say yes to a suggested step in a conversation with the assistant, it creates that task right away. See Using the AI assistant for details.
No AI sends emails or messages to your clients.
The AI makes mistakes, like a colleague working fast. Always double-check figures that go to a client.

Your data

The AI only works with your own agency’s data. Other agencies never see your properties, contacts or documents, not even through the AI.
AI processing happens in Europe.
