AI search

AI search finds properties by meaning instead of by address. Type what a buyer is looking for, for example “bright apartment with terrace”, and the CRM searches your descriptions, photos, and documents.

  1. Go to Properties in the sidebar.
  2. At the top, under View, choose AI search.
  3. Describe what you’re looking for in the search box, for example “bright apartment Ghent 3 bedrooms”.
  4. Optionally enter a town under City (optional).
  5. Choose the stage to search in. By default that’s For sale / rent.
  6. Click Search.

The result: a table with up to 20 properties, best match first.

Column What you see
Title The property name. Click it to open the file.
Status The stage (and Under offer or Under option), whether the property is live on your website, how many documents are in, and whether AI suggestions are waiting.
City The town.
Matched sources Up to three places where the CRM found a match, with a short excerpt.

The order of the table is the ranking: the higher up, the better the property fits your search.

Sources are labeled for example “Photo caption” (a description of a photo), “PDF document”, or “Property summary” (the property details and description).

  • bright apartment Ghent 3 bedrooms
  • terraced house with south-facing garden
  • open kitchen with island
  • ground-floor apartment with terrace
  • house with solar panels and heat pump
  • Describe what you’d see in the photos or text: “wooden floor”, “walk-in shower”, “water view”.
  • If you’re searching on a fixed value such as a town, use City (optional) instead of putting the name in your sentence.
  • No results? Make your search shorter or broader, or choose another stage.
  • New photos and documents can only be found once the CRM has read them. On the Documents tab they then show Ready.
  • Every search uses AI, so click Search only when your query is ready. To search by title or address, use the List or Board view, with Search by title or address….
  • The CRM remembers which view you chose last.
