- Redesigned Integrations page: in Settings → Integrations you see all of your agency’s connectors as cards, with their status. Click a card for the details: About, How to set up, What it does and Property requirements. Owners and admins connect them; everyone sees the status.
- More transaction types: besides For sale and For rent, you can now choose Rent-to-own, Holiday rental, Business purchase, Take-over, Leasehold, Annuity and Pop-up rental.
- Dozens of new property fields: new sections Sale terms, Rental terms, Leasehold, Annuity, Current tenancy, Kitchen & finish and Comfort & amenities. Also new, among others: Price type (with Price range), Price on request (hide price on portals), Title (FR) and Title (EN), Area per room, Drone video (URL) and extra fields for utilities and energy. Which sections you see depends on the transaction type.
- Help for every field: every field in the property form has a (?) next to it. Click it to see what the field means and how to fill it in.
- Profile photo and agency website: fill in a Profile photo (URL) in your Profile. An owner or admin fills in the Agency website on Agency. Both appear with your listings on connected listing portals.
- Public documents: on a property’s Documents tab, mark a file Public. It then appears on your agency website and goes to connected portals that accept that type of document. Click What does public mean? for the details. Documents with personal data are never sent to portals.
Improved
Section titled “Improved”- More accurate value lists: the property condition (for example As new (move-in ready) and To refresh), flood risk following the official Flemish categories, glazing (Double (standard) and Double HR) and property subtypes have been updated. Your existing properties were converted automatically.
- Yes/no fields such as lift, garden or garage can now also be left empty. That way “not filled in” never accidentally becomes “no”.
- AI suggestions in Set up property work again and are more accurate (version 1.5.1). See Create a property with AI suggestions.
